1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pk9k platform and all services connected to it. By accessing the pk9k website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the pk9k platform.

The pk9k service is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Using the platform for any professional or commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To use the pk9k platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. We may request valid identification for age verification at any time. Account creation or use by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Only one account is permitted per person. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, the same IP address, or the same identification document will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes:

• Full name (as shown on your national ID)
• Valid mobile number
• Correct date of birth
• Active email address (if applicable)

Providing false information may result in account termination.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pk9k may request identity verification documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restrictions.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your login details with any third party. Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the pk9k support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer

A pk9k account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, or allowing any other person to use your account is prohibited.

3.3 Account Closure Request

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets or withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used for deposits on pk9k: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

If deposit details are incorrect or verification fails, the deposit may be delayed or rejected. Use only payment accounts registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, delays may occur in the following situations:

• KYC verification is in progress
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• A security review is required
• A technical issue arises

Once a withdrawal is completed, it cannot be reversed. Deposits and withdrawals will always be processed using the same method where possible.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pk9k offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳20,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.

The contribution of different games towards wagering may vary. Details will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is applicable once per account.
• If any suspicious activity related to bonuses is detected, pk9k reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Winnings from bonus funds must complete wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• pk9k reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Illegal collusion or coordination with other players
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose
• Creating an account using false information

6.2 Consequences

If prohibited activity is detected, pk9k may take the following actions:

• Immediate account suspension or permanent closure
• Forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings
• Withholding of pending withdrawals
• Reporting to legal authorities if necessary

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance & Rejection

pk9k reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. pk9k reserves the right to review any winnings paid out due to a technical error or incorrect odds.

7.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The result determined by the game provider's system is final.

7.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection or technical issue during a game session, the data stored on the game provider's server will be considered valid. pk9k is not liable for technical issues on the client side.

7.4 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each sport for sports betting. If an event is postponed or cancelled, pk9k will settle bets in accordance with its stated policy, which generally involves returning the original stake.

8 Responsible Gambling

pk9k places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We provide the following protective measures:

• Deposit limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
